Italy will soon allow Self-production of recreational cannabis !?

He basic text on home cannabis cultivation will be presented today in the Italian Justice Commission. It is a delicate step which will then be followed by the discussion of the various parliamentary groups, before the vote in order to have a definitive text of the law on self-production which will then be presented to the houses of Parliament.
